The Ripon Unified school board approved 14 new hires at the October monthly session.

Included was one certified teacher in Mi Chong Wright along with a Technical Support technician in Javier Mayoya Espinoza.

Ana Baker was brought on as the yard duty personnel at Colony Oak Elementary School.

Rounding out the list were yard duty substitutes’ Kerestin Zaky and Madline Bakhom; paraeducator substitutes’ Grace Nemeth, Giselle Valdes, and Rebecca Rosas; certificated subs’ Wesley Ayala and Morgan Reider; and Ripon Afterschool Program assistants’ Paige Haslan, Ariana Farrar, Irene Naranjo, and Haley Rocha.
