Evelyn lovingly known to her family and friend as “Stevie” was a one of a kind all around lady. She was a homemaker for the most part of her life tending to her children was her pride and joy. She was married at a young age to the love of her life Mr. Gilbert Rubio with whom she shared an honest testimony of true love and respect. Together they raised their children to love one another and always be there for each other. Gilbert and Evelyn made their home in Pacheco, CA before settling in Lathrop 10 years ago. Evelyn’s faith in God was like no other she felt blessed to have been brought up Baptist and brought up her own children up the same. Evelyn was an elegant person and it showed in the way she carried herself; she always looked and behaved with such dignity. Evelyn was such a humble person she put everyone’s needs before hers. As a grandmother her grandchildren were her joy always lending a helping hand in raising her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Evelyn will be remember for her shy personality, her beauty and having one of the purest most honest hearts. She will be missed by all who loved her.
