Frances was born to John and Frances Ricci in Cumberland, Wisconsin.  She served in the Navy during WWII.  She married a WWII veteran, Ward Skelton in 1948.
   Frances was preceded in death by her parents, her six siblings and her husband.
   She is survived by her daughter; Debbie Hauger (David), her grandsons James Hauger (Tarah), Steven Hauger and two great-grandsons Carson and Jace Hauger, and many nieces and nephews.
   A private family celebration will be held at a later date.
