Kathy Brazil passed away on, August 28, 2010.  Kathy was born in French Camp, California on, March 17, 1952.  She made sure everyone knew it wasn’t only St. Patrick’s Day, it was a special day too.

Kathy was very devoted to her family and to her extended family at Coldwell Banker Crossroads Real Estate.  She will always be known for her ultra-quick sense of humor which would make one pause for a moment and then one would see the twinkle in Kathy’s eye and know she was being mischievous.   You only had to speak with Kathy once and your name changed to Honey.

Kathy loved music, especially the oldie but goodies of the 60s and 70s.  She loved watching NASCAR races, which you could tell by her driving if you happened to see her around town one would think she was on a race track.

Kathy was an excellent real estate associate Broker.  She was very proud of her knowledge and her clients fast became her friends.  Kathy was the first Realtor in Manteca who listed a million dollar property.  This was a very big deal when homes were only selling for $100,000.  During Kathy’s career she won many Coldwell Banker Corporation awards and had also achieved being ranked top 5 % in the nation.  Kathy had a true gift of making a new client feel at ease and comfortable.

Before Kathy came to Coldwell Banker Crossroads she worked for Silva Real Estate.  Kathy was a member of the Central Valley Board of Realtor, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents John and Teressia Arbanasin. She is survived by her siblings John Arbanasin of Manteca and Kimberly Arbanasin of Escalon. In addition Kathy is survived by many other extended family members who loved her dearly.

Arrangements are being handled by P.L. Fry & Son Funeral Home of Manteca.
