Over 1,750 people, living in or around Manteca, whom otherwise might not have been able to experience a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner, were served turkey with all the trimmings on Thanksgiving Day.  Those dinners were served at Mountain Mikes Pizza on Main Street, and free to anyone who showed up. *
On behalf of the Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis, the Manteca Noon Rotary, Second Harvest Food Bank, the Police Chief’s Foundation and many others, we would like to thank you for your generous donation to the 7th Annual Thanksgiving in Manteca.   Thanks to your generosity we were able to provide Thanksgiving Dinner to 1,750 people. 
Thanksgiving in Manteca started seven years ago, with a combined idea from the Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis and Manteca Noon Rotary.  As the idea grew, so did the need, and now this is a community endeavor with many generous community leaders participating; to assure this event is successful.
Very special thanks goes to Jeff and Tevani Liotard for once again spearheading this event and hosting it at Mountain Mikes Pizza.   Additionally, we want to thank 133 Club, Manteca Trailer, Golden Valley Credit Union, PL Fry & Son , Raymus Homes, Soroptimist, Manteca Police Officers Association, Martos Insurance, Arvin Home Systems, Hospice of San Joaquin, Tuff Boys, Manteca Ambulance, Bank of Stockton, Wesson Hearing Aid Center /Harder Optometry and Nuncita Cherry, Jan Gipson, Helen McNutt Gentile, Dianna Jenkens, Terrance Texeria, Justin Peterson, James Barton, Erin Custer, Julie Cox and Gretchen Pearson all from Berkshire Hathaway Home Services-Drysdale Properties, for their monetary donations.  Additionally, a very heartfelt thank you goes to all of the wonderful volunteers that donated their time to cook, debone, cut pies, serve, box, clean, deliver and more; to assure this dinner was a success.  We are truly thankful for all of you.
