Day 99

Another week has come and another week to get healthier. I am back on track after a great week and plan on improving on that. I started my day as every normal Monday and went to work and shocker —I did not have to stay for a double! I went to Escalon to play some basketball with friends before I picked my sister up and went to CORE. I got in a good chest and triceps day and was feeling it at the end. I’m still adjusting to my new macro input but was able to hit ally goals without going over.

Day 100

I woke up feeling great. Ready to conquer another day through this journey. After I got off work I went down to Monogram Magic to pick up my new CORE shirt that was also a Sierra High shirt in support of my sister and her school team. I then went to go watch her game which did not go so great. After the game I again took my sister to CORE and we both got our workouts in. I had a great back and bicep day to keep my week going strong. I returned home again and got my finishing meal in to hit all my goals for the day.

Day 101

I did not wake up in the same mood as the previous days. I was grumpy and cranky, just in an overall terrible mood. I started my day off with not eating before going to take more engagement pictures, which I never got into the mood for. After returning home I got ready and went straight to the gym with my fiancée to get in a leg day. I did not have cardio again which I was pretty happy about. I fell short of some of my goals for the day but under is better than over, kind of. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.

Day 102

I started my day off the way I love to, at CORE. I got in a great shoulder workout before going home to do all my yard work. Once I was done with my yard work I sat down to eat a healthy meal of turkey and broccoli before going to my grandparents to do their yard work. After I was done with all this I went home and had a choice of going to Tracy for my sister’s game or Modesto to workout with Robert at MJC. After talking to my sister I ended up going to MJC to run the bleachers which was not any easier than the previous week. I returned home to relax for a little while before going back to CORE with my fiancée and my sister. I put in 45 minutes on the treadmill to end my day then returned home.

Day 103

I tried to sleep in as long as I could because I knew starting today I would not be getting much rest in the next 12 days because of work. After relaxing all morning I went to CORE to get in some cardio by playing Frisbee and then ended up doing some bicep, triceps and ab workouts to end my workout. I then went home and got ready to head off to work where I ended my day.

Day 104-105

I did not get off work until 6 a.m. both days and went back into work at 2 p.m. both days. So it was a weekend full of pre-packed meals and little sleep. This will be my life for the next few weeks but I will get into the gym as planned and will continue to better myself every single day.
