Day 106

Another day of work. After the weekend I had I was done and wanted nothing to do with the day. Once I got off work, I went straight home to get some rest before going to pick up my sister and head to the gym. I got in a good chest and tricep workout once again and was feeling beat down after for how hard I worked my chest. I then got my sister to practice ASAP so she wouldn’t be late then returned home so that I can get as much rest as possible for the coming days. I was able to hit all my macros and accomplished all my goals for the day.

Day 107

I woke up feeling even more defeated than yesterday and on top of that, my chest is sore. After I got off work I only had eight hours to myself to eat, hit the gym and sleep before going back to work at 10 p.m. I was able to get in a great back and bicep workout before going home to at least relax and watch the Warrior game before heading back to work for a graveyard shift.

Day 108

I am still awake and have not slept. Once I got off at 6 a.m. I went straight home to get about three hours of sleep before going to the gym at the 10:30 a.m. class. After I got my leg workout in I went home to sleep but found that I was now awake and unable to sleep. I relaxed most of the day and went back to CORE with my fiancée and sister at 6:30 p.m. before I went back to work for another graveyard shift where once again I finished my day.

Day 109

My day started at work and stayed at work where I got off at 2 p.m. No days off I guess. I was falling asleep at work and was ready to be off so I could get some rest ASAP. I slept for a few hours before going to CORE to get in a good shoulder workout, then I called it a night.

Day 110

After sleeping most of the morning I woke up and hit the gym at 10:30 a.m. with a little Frisbee to start off then some bicep and tricep work after that. After I was done at the gym, that’s right, I was back off to work to end my day.

Day 111

Finally no overtime, no anything. I slept as much as possible before going back to work at 2 p.m. and had a very uneventful day as my weekends usually go.

Day 112

I am done. Another 16 hour day at work and I am just done. Ready to sleep and get well rested.
