Day 93

Monday. I love Mondays. I eat right and exercise on Mondays. A lot of it has to do with being prepared food wise. Plus, I had today off from work so my meal prep was easy and relaxing.

Day 92

Good eating day, but when it came time to workout tonight I honestly don’t know what happened. I came home from work and was going to take a short nap before I went and worked out and … well, the short nap turned into a long nap! I always reason with myself though and tell myself that if I was that tired then I needed to sleep! Tomorrow is a new day … and I’ll be well rested.

Day 93

It is amazing how many people are showing up to these bootcamp classes now. It is also amazing how much running we did at class tonight. I really hate running. I always have hated running and I always will. There is just nothing comfortable about it. When Tommy tells us to go run a lap or two outside in between our sets it’s as if a collective sigh goes over the majority of the group. But, I do know, that running really seems to help with my overall weight loss goal so I guess I’ll have to keep doing it!

Day 94

Still eating well this week. It really does help to have my food prepped at the beginning of the week. I have also been wearing some “new” used clothes that I found in my closet this week. I definitely motivates me to stay on track when I can pull clothes out of the closet that haven’t fit in years and put them on and they fit. The added bonus is when someone at work will ask if I got new clothes and I will just smile and say that I went shopping in my closet.

Day 95

I only worked out two times this week. Definitely had planned on working out more than that, but it is what it is at this point.

Day 96

Some days are harder to stay on track than others!

Day 97

I am sitting here thinking about how Day 100 is right around the corner and wondering how time has gone so fast. The days and weeks just seem to fly, but isn’t that how life goes? I wish I could slow it down. Actually, I wish I could rewind the past 100 days and get those workouts in that I missed!
