The Terraces at Bethany is a multi-tier retirement community in Ripon currently in the planning stages.
Those interested in this Bethany Homes expansion are invited to attend the public workshops scheduled for next week, including:
*Monday, Dec. 13, 6 p.m. – Ripon Police Department, 259 N. Wilma Ave., EOC Room.
*Tuesday, Dec.14, 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. – Almond Valley Christian Reformed Church, 333 S. Wilma Ave., Social Hall. Two information meetings will be held that day. RSVPs are required.
Bethany Home Society along with the design team will be available to review and answer any questions this proposed Senior Living Project.
The modern apartment units with high-end finishes will be complemented with an array of amenities including a formal dining room, café and bistro, library, fitness center, media room, craft room, large meeting and event hall, and landscaped gardens and courtyards that are part of 25,000 square feet of common area.
There are 82 units planned to serve those 62 years of age and up ranging from 475 to 1,250 square-foot floor plans.
Rents will start at $2,260 a month for studios, $3,320 a month for one bedroom, and $4,180 a month for two bedrooms. It is based on an all-inclusive resort-style services such as 45 meals a month and housekeeping being included in the monthly rent.
Terraces at Bethany will be within easy walking distance of Ripon’s small town-style Main Street with a variety of dining opportunities, stores, medical services, and amenities such as the public library.
