The existing 110,000 square-foot Walmart on South Main Street is currently being remodeled. The building will eventually be sold once the new Walmart opens.

Rocha Lane was a nice, peaceful “country road” that dead-ended less than 600 feet from its intersection with what was then Manteca Road.

In the 1970s when the decision to build the 120 Bypass sealed its fate, Lupton Street was where the city limits ended just a few blocks south of downtown.

0,000 square feet of additional retail and restaurants in the next few years, and did so without spending public money.
