Day 50

Well, going to bed last night I had every intention to wake up at 4:30 a.m. and get in a 5 a.m. workout but my body was not having it. I slept through both my alarms and woke up at 5:30. Luckily, I still had the night to workout after the training I had for work. So after an unexpected start to my day I woke up around 7 to get ready for work, preparing myself eggs with turkey mixed in. I then packed myself a lunch with a breakfast round, Greek yogurt, granola and my normal chicken and veggies. After training, I went home to relax before heading off to CORE to get my workout in. Robert (Iniguez) gave me a great chest and tricep workout but started it off with 30 minutes on the treadmill. That was the first time I had used my mask on the treadmill and it was a lot tougher then I imagined. After my workout I went home and got ready for bed; determined to get in a 5 a.m. workout tomorrow.

Day 51

I did it! I made the 5 a.m. workout and got in a great back and bicep day. No cardio today, which I will never complain about. I then went home and prepared breakfast for myself and my fiancée before she went to work. I was about to leave to work when I remembered I did not have to be at training until 830 a.m., so I got to relax for a little while which was much needed. For lunch, I treated myself to Chipotle. After training ended, I went straight home to relax for a little while before going to meet the florist who we are going to hire for our wedding. Very nice people and happy to have them doing the wedding. After the meeting, I felt like going to 24 Hour Fitness to play some basketball and do 15 minutes on the stair climber to end my night.

Day 52

I started my morning off at CORE with my favorite of all days, leg day. By the end of the workout I was already sore. After I finished my workout I stayed to talk to Robert for a while and weighed in to see if we needed to adjust my food intake. I am still progressing but not as fast as I was previously. So we talked and decided that we were going to change up my food intake when he returned from his vacation. I then went home, made breakfast, and got ready for a busy day to run errands with my fiancée once again. That occupied my whole day and I just wanted to relax to end my night.

Day 53

Started my day off at CORE with a great shoulder workout. My elbow was finally feeling better and I was able to resume using my normal weight for most of the workout. I started to get sore towards the end but still got in a great workout. As soon as I finished at CORE, I went to go replenish my water bottles at Great Valley Water and then went home to do yard work. I ended up taking too long on my yard work and was late to pick up my sister to take her to practice, but luckily got her to practice right on time. I then went to Modesto to run one really long errand for my fiancée and then returned home to relax before going dining table shopping. We then went to Red Robin for dinner. It was glorious. I still kept to eating grilled chicken but also had fries and still stayed at my daily intake. I then went home and called it a night.

Day 54

I woke up early for the 5 a.m. bootcamp class at CORE. It was Frisbee Day and I had not played Frisbee in a few months. It was a fun cardio day to say the least. I then went home and began to prepare meals for my day and the rest of the week. After completing my meal prep, I decided to go back to CORE to get in my ab work and ended up playing another game of Frisbee after starting my workout. Both games were fun but I was dead tired after all that. I returned home to shower and get ready for work.

Day 55

Well, I thought I was going to get another day of cardio in today but instead got some extra sleep before running a few errands before heading off to work. I have all my meals prepared for my normal shift, but I did not have food prepped for that extra shift I was not expecting. So that was how my Saturday night was spent once again, working until 6 a.m.

Day 56

As you can imagine, not much happened today. I slept all morning and then headed off to work at 2 p.m. After work, I went straight to bed knowing I had to be up early again for work.
