Ripon racked up 22 hits in recent action to outlast Martinez 22-19 and win the Delta Section Juniors Softball Championship in Martinez.

Ripon advances to the NorCal State Championship on Saturday in Live Oak.
Joey Myers led the Ripon attack with six RBI on four hits. Myers drove in two runs in the first and one each in the fourth, sixth and seventh.

Roxy Detmers singled down the left field line, which helped 14U Ripon Allstars - 2026 tie the game at three in the top of the second.

Paxtyn Massey laced a two-RBI single in the top of the sixth which yielded 11 runs for Ripon.

Massey, Olivia Jasper, Gianna Antonacci, Detmers, Katy Scheffel, Emma Jasper, and Emily Lourenco each collected multiple hits for Ripon and Antonacci collected two of the six Ripon walks. Jasper and Detmers each stole multiple bases.

Ripon came from behind to earn its Delta Section Championship and advances to the NorCal State Championship on Saturday in Oroville.

With five runs in the fifth inning Ripon took a 9-5 lead. Kynsley Triller (2 for 3) belted a two-run double in the frame for Ripon. Harper Eubling added an RBI single in the first.

Ripon’s Willow Ratliff sprinkled 11 hits over six inning, yielding six runs while striking out seven and walking two.

Kamdyn Teunissen collected two of six walks for Ripon. Teunissen, Malina Dominguez and Eubling each stole multiple bases with Ripon stealing 11 bases and turning two double plays.
