Mrs. Alberta (Bertie) Mae Foster (Galle), 75, of Manteca, CA, passed Thursday evening, at 7:14 p.m., August 5, 2010.

Mrs. Foster was born in Biloxi, MS. After traveling extensively, she settled and made Manteca her home.

She was of the Lutheran faith and a fan of the Oakland A’s and Oakland Raiders.

She was a very loving Mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Mrs. Foster was preceded in death by her Husband, Albert G. Morrison; Mother, Emma Griffin Galle; Father, Howard Leo Galle; two sisters, Rose “Nitty” Bosarge, and Marie Galle Ladner; three brothers, Leo Galle, Arthur Galle and Phillip Galle; grandson Jeremy Adonis Morrison; and great-grandson, Tevita (David) Macias.

She is survived by five children: Richard H. Morrison, Scotty M. (Morrison) Peterson, Robin J.(Morrison) Wheellhouse, Tracy (Morrison) Macias and Michelle R. (Morrison) Erdman. One sister, Charlotte (Charles) Yost, eleven grandchildren: Christopher S. Morrison, Dana R. Morrison, Jimmy Peterson, Justin Peterson, Kimber L. Morrison, Patrick W. Serenko, David H. Macias, Amber Macias, Jessicka Macias, Sarah Y. Erdman, Rebecca A. Erdman, and four Great Grandchildren: Adam Macias, Angel Macias, Adrian Macias, and Christopher (CJ) S. Morrison Jr.

The family would like to extend a sincere gratitude and thanks to everyone from “Hospice Of San Joaquin County, CA.” A Special Thanks to Anitra, Marsha, Joy, Jill, Debbie, and Pastor Jim.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, August 21, 2010, at 1 p.m., United Lutheran Church, 649 Northgate Drive, Manteca, CA 95336, where friends and family may attend and pay final respects to Alberta (Bertie).
