Day 119: Mondays are definitely my best days. I always eat like I should and usually get to the gym. I really liked tonight’s class. We did some team relays and everyone was so supportive of each other....it made the exercising part so much easier!

Day 120: Some days it is so busy at work that I literally do not have time to eat the food I packed. I know that sounds unrealistic, but when I am talking to parents, students, and staff all day long I cannot be rude and talk with a mouthful. Unfortunately, by the time I can eat I am starving and lethargic which is not a good combination. I eat all of the food I packed for the day while I am driving to an appointment after work. I have noticed that when I eat in the car it does not seem to satisfy my hunger...it’s like the food goes in, but it does not register.

Day 121: Staff potluck for breakfast at one of my schools. Then there was a staff appreciation luncheon at my other site. Then back to the original site for an honor roll dessert night! It’s the end of the school year food festival!

Day 122: Oh, the end of the school year is killing me! Food (mostly desserts) are around every corner! Plus teachers inviting me to their classrooms for celebrations just means more food. I’m doing pretty well though...but, the brownie I gave into this afternoon was worth 1000 burpees!

Day 123: The work week would not be complete without somebody dropping off a pizza in the office for lunch and a retirement dinner! No wonder I gained so much weight over the past couple of years. The office can be a deadly place!

Day 124: Finally, it’s Saturday. I won’t have to worry about food being around me all day. I got on a cleaning spree today and decide to donate a few skirts that are now falling off of me! My husband and I decided that when you can remove your skirts/pants without unbuttoning or unzipping them than they need to be removed from the closet!

Day 125: A day in San Francisco playing tourist with the family. I am in so much better shape than the last time we went and walked all over the city, but I must admit that my legs are killing me tonight.....something about hills gets me every time!
