Lloyd N. Webb passed away peacefully with family at his bedside on September 2 at Doctor’s Hospital in Manteca.  Lloyd was born to Norman and Pauline Webb in Midland, VA.  Lloyd graduated from Washington & Lee High School in Virginia; attended Atlantic Christian Military Academy in North Carolina; graduated from Parsons College in Iowa; and Hayward State in California.

Lloyd was general manager of the El Rancho Resort Hotel and Convention Center in Santa Rosa, also known as the summer home of the Oakland Raiders. For over 20 years Lloyd ran the daily operations of the hotel and sports facilities. Lloyd was an avid sports fan and spent many years coaching youth sports and enjoying the strategies of the game.

Lloyd is survived by his wife Debra, son Wesley, student at Modesto Christian High School and son Damon, his wife Lindsey, their children Elle and Ty, of Lincoln, NE. He is also survived by his mother Pauline Webb; sisters Helen McCauley (David), Doris George and Norma Buchanan; and many nieces and nephews all in the Arlington, VA area.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to a charity of your choice.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 13, at Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel in Ripon. Burial will be private.  Condolences for his family can be made at www.deeganfuneralchapels.com
