Shirley was a member of Sequoia Heights Baptist Church for many years and was loved by all church members. She was a strong  willed lady, self sufficient and always determined. Shirley was hard working; never a job left unfinished. She enjoyed a good joke and had a great sense of humor, always looking to make someone smile. Her children were the apple of her eye. Shirley always felt as though she had to do something for them whether it be making them a home cooked meal or just being by their side. She was blessed to be surrounded by her grandchildren. Shirley will be remembered for her charismatic personality and all of the love and care she showed to all her family. She will be deeply missed.
