Day 92

After a weekend of terrible food choices and no rest, I was just ready to get off work and get back into CORE to get back on track. But as usual, because it is Monday, I got stuck with another 16-hour shift at work. Luckily, I hit all my macros and got my diet back under control.

Day 93

From the moment I woke all I thought to myself was eight more hours until my weekend starts and I can get back to CORE. Once I got off, I picked up my sister from school then took her to Lathrop High for a softball game. I then ran home to get ready for the gym, before heading back to Lathrop to watch the remainder of the game. Once the game ended, I went straight to the gym to hit a chest and triceps workout. It was a fun night and a great way to start my weekend.

Day 94

Well, I planned on sleeping in today until I received a call early in the morning from my sister asking for a ride to school. Now, being a good brother I said I would; but being the guy who wants to sleep in, I was not happy at all. After I dropped her off at school, I went home and back to bed. When I woke up, I went to CORE for a back and bi workout followed by cardio on the treadmill. After that, I went home to make myself something to eat then relax for a little while before going back to the gym later on that night. The leg workout I did tonight was one for the ages. I was dead tired by the end of it and at one point just sat in the middle of the floor at CORE and did not want to move. I thought I was done but nope – more treadmill work to finish my day. Once I was all done, I went straight home to sleep because I had nothing left in the tank.

Day 95

Slept in today and woke up just in time to get ready to start my day at CORE. This time I started the day off with a shoulder workout and no cardio. After I was done, I went home to do some house cleaning and meal prep for the week. Next thing I knew it was time to take off to MJC for a cardio workout with Robert and Daniel. We ran bleachers and stairs and it was a great workout and another one I was not used to. After we finished up there, I went straight to Sierra to watch my sister’s game. After the game was over, I finally convinced my mom to get my sister into CORE. I took my sister to her first training session at CORE, while I hit my third workout for the day, which was abs.

Day 96

Ahhh, Monday (well, to everyone else it is Friday), how I do not look forward to you. I woke up a little earlier than usual so I could do a bicep and tricep workout before playing Frisbee. Regardless, by the end of both workouts, I was done and had to go home to get ready for work. I took off to work and that is how I ended my day – an easy shift to end a great calendar week.

Day 97

I started the day off going to breakfast with my beautiful fiancée and then went grocery shopping. Once we were done with that, we went home to relax before I had to go to work. I had the rest of my meals all planned out for the day and was able to hit all my macros while still at work.

Day 98

Well, another boring weekend day spent at work for 16 hours. A good day, hit all my macros and that is basically how I ended my day. I am ready for a new week to continue to improve on this journey.
